   Terms & Conditions:

1.When booking the restaurant, or upon arrival if you have not pre-booked, please mention that you will be using your L.W.L privilege card.  Same applies if you are making appointments at any of the other businesses or buying online.
2.Your card will be valid from the date of receipt for as long as the scheme lasts.  (We guarantee that will be at least one year from your purchase date).
3.Your card will entitle you to whatever discount the restaurant/business is offering, please check exactly what their offer is, they are not all the same. E.G. some are giving discount on total lunch or dinner bill, some on total cost of food not drinks.
4.The card is only for the use of the person it is issued to, plus whoever they are eating with.  (Please note the max. number of people who may accompany one card holder). 
5.You must have your card to present to the restaurant/business to receive discount.   Under no circumstances can discount be given with out it.
6.It is not our responsibility if for some reason the restaurant/business refuses it’s agreed discount.  You must contact their management.
7.It is not our responsibility if for some reason any restaurant/business withdraws from the scheme.  We suggest you check this page regularly to see if any changes have been made to the list of restaurants/businesses & their discounts.  There could be more &  better discounts!
8.In the case of any dispute the restaurant/business managers decision is final.
9.This offer does not constitute any affiliation with or endorsement of the participating establishments (other than as detailed in L.W.L reviews).
10.Card design may differ from the one shown.

11. Please look after your card!  To cover costs we charge £7.00 to provide a replacement!
